The collaboration begins with an introductory meeting where the House of Resme meets the designer. During this stage, we present our team of specialist creatives and open a dialogue to understand the collaborating designer’s vision and goals for the project. Together, we discuss initial ideas and begin shaping a plan for the creation of the garment.

The House of Resme serves as a creative canvas, offering designers the opportunity to explore and reinterpret bridalwear through their own aesthetic lens. Our role is to advise and support throughout the process - guiding the use of ethical and sustainable practices while integrating historic and culturally significant crafting techniques that align with our house’s philosophy.

From these conversations, the we begin developing sketches, which lead to the careful selection of fabrics, embellishments, and other materials. Over the following weeks, the garment takes shape as our specialist sewers and expert creatives work meticulously to bring the vision to life. The process culminates in final fittings and detailed alterations, ensuring the piece embodies both the collaborating brand's identity and the house’s ethos. The collaboration concludes with a final meeting to approve the completed couture garment - a celebration of shared creativity and craftsmanship.

AESTHETIC COLLABORATION.

The second phase brings in our team of marketing and branding specialists, who focus on capturing the essence of the collaboration and shaping a cohesive aesthetic for its launch. During this stage, the team conceptualises and proposes a complete visual and experiential identity, ensuring that every element reflects the combined DNA of the House and the collaborating designer. This includes the development of curated events, distinctive branding elements, editorial concepts, and targeted advertising strategies.

The event spaces of the House are reimagined to fully embody the merged aesthetics, with decor, lighting, and ambience tailored to enhance the narrative of the collaboration. Every detail is carefully considered, from bespoke menus and thoughtfully designed PR packages to immersive activities that engage guests during the launch party. The result is an event experience that not only showcases the garment but also builds anticipation, generates public excitement, and celebrates the creative synergy behind the partnership.

LAUNCHING THE GARMENT

Phase three focuses on the release of editorial content and the amplification of the collaboration through strategic media exposure. This stage involves the rollout of high-impact visuals across multiple platforms, from magazine spreads and social media campaigns to street advertisements and billboards. Our well-connected PR and marketing team ensures the collaboration gains widespread attention, building excitement and heightening anticipation in the lead-up to the garment’s auction.

Following the media push, the House hosts an exclusive PR event to officially celebrate the collaboration. Completely bespoke and meticulously curated, the event is attended by an invite-only guest list of high-profile social media personalities, celebrities, and influential figures in the fashion industry. Guests experience an evening of drinks, food, and fashion, immersed in an atmosphere designed to reflect the identity of the collaboration in every detail. Press coverage further amplifies the event, capturing its essence and showcasing the couture garment at the heart of the partnership. Every element - from the ambience to the guest experience - is crafted to be visually striking and media-ready, ensuring the event not only celebrates the collaboration but also builds anticipation ahead of the auction.
